  • Prospecting dan outreach ke potential clients melalui berbagai channel
  • Menyusun proposal dan presentasi pitch untuk calon klien
  • Melakukan meeting dan follow-up dengan leads
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketing untuk lead generation
  • Maintain CRM dan pipeline tracking secara disiplin

Qualifications

  • 1-3 tahun pengalaman di business development atau sales B2B
  • Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
  • Proaktif, target-oriented, dan self-motivated
  • Familiar dengan industri digital marketing/agency
  • Pengalaman menggunakan CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, dll)
